Service Areas:

Denver, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Englewood, Littleton, Lakewood, and nearby central/west/southwest neighborhoods. Looking to open north and east territories as well. We will work with you on your area!
Roaming Rehab Coverage Area

Open Roles (Denver Metro)

We’re hiring for immediate starts and flexible 2025-2026 starts. Full‑time priority in central and south Denver but flexible for the right clinician; part‑time/contract available across central, west, south, north, and east metro.

PT / OT: 1099 Contractor Role

$72–$104/ visit (visit type dependent)
  • $2400 6-month sign on bonus for maintaining 20+ visits per week
  • Quarterly bonuses for maintaining visit numbers
  • Flexible scheduling with supportive team and training
  • Equipment provided as needed (laptop, cellphone with hotspot, treatment table, etc)

Physical Therapist: W2 (PT)

$55–$90 / visit (status & visit dependent)
  • Diverse caseload spanning post-op, neuro, balance, strength, wellness, and beyond. We value creativity in treatment design and encourage thinking outside the box.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

$55–$90 / visit (status & visit dependent)
  • Home‑based ADL/IADL, cognition, UE rehab, falls & environment optimization
  • Collaborate closely with PT on aging‑in‑place goals
  • See patients for the frequency and length of time that you decide

W‑2 full‑time employees are eligible for all benefits; part-time employees eligible for 401k with match, sick leave, mileage reimbursement; 1099 roles eligible for visit number bonuses and emphasizes flexibility. We’ll collaborate on the right fit for your career and financial goals.

What your week could look like

1) Block your availability and preferred neighborhoods. We ASK to take any new patients.
2) You cluster your visits to minimize drive time; practice average of 5 miles between patients.
3) See 3–8 patients per day, all one‑on‑one, no unit quotas. You do what you believe is best for the patient.
4) With this population, longer POCs are warranted which give you the time to build relationships and watch people progress from sickness to wellness!
5) Think outside the box with top quality care: wellness routines, hiking, community reintegration.
6) Intuitive EMR: Hellonote allows for most visits to be completed during the visit. Minimize documenting outside of patient visits.
7) Team google chat to collaborate on treatment ideas & mentorship touchpoints as desired.

New Grad Friendly

We welcome new grads and career‑changers to mobile outpatient care. You’ll have structured mentorship, shadowing opportunities, and progressive independence—without productivity pressure.

FAQ

Where are you hiring right now?

Priority in central, east, and south Denver but flexible for the right clinician. Part‑time/contract needs across central, south, west, north, and east Denver metro (e.g., Denver, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Englewood, Littleton, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, etc).

How are visits scheduled and how long are they?

We empower clinicians to set availability and weekly schedules. Visits are 40–75 minutes (average around 50 mins) and can be clustered geographically to keep drive time reasonable. No unit quotas; we trust your clinical judgment.

What’s the pay structure?

We pay per visit and W‑2 vs 1099 status will determine rates (see above). Full‑time W‑2 includes benefits. We offer paid mileage between visits for FT and PT and a 12‑week bridge pay for new full‑time hires building caseload.

Do you accept new grads?

Yes. Our New Grad Mentorship Program includes shadowing, weekly touchpoints, and a supportive ramp‑up so you can deliver excellent one‑on‑one care with confidence.
