  • Everyone meets with a coach before gaining access.
  • We assess exercise risk and perform a general movement screen.
  • We help you choose the right tier so you train safely and effectively.

Program Standards

  • All tiers include access to the member community (Facebook Group).
  • Coaches guide discussion and keep things on track (minimal support inside the group).
  • Any member can request an in-person wellness visit at a discounted rate of $120/session (limit 2/month).

  • Adjustable kettlebell

  • Small-group live training sessions (live only)
  • Monthly educational live session
Coach access: Monthly virtual coaching check-in (20–30 min) + Coach Office Hours (group).
You’ll track weights for core movements (deadlift, squat, OHP, rows, carries) so we can guide intensity and progression.

Tier 3: Premium Coaching

High Touch
$199/ month

Weekly 1:1 coaching to drive results, refine technique, and keep you progressing with confidence.

Includes

  • Everything in Tier 2
  • 1 weekly 1:1 wellness training session (virtual, 45 min)
  • Personalized training plan (updated every 8 weeks)
  • Quarterly performance check-ins
Coach access: Messaging for training questions only + Coach Office Hours (group).
To keep sessions focused on training, you may be expected to complete your warm-up before the 45 minutes.
