Physical Therapy That Comes to You in Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek is one of the most walkable parts of Denver. Cherry Creek North has the sidewalks, galleries and cafes, and the Cherry Creek Trail follows the creek for miles. Plenty of people here still struggle to get to a physical therapy clinic. Maybe you are recovering from surgery, living with chronic pain, or finding that your balance has changed and driving has become stressful.

Roaming Rehab brings the clinic to you. A licensed physical therapist or occupational therapist comes to your home, 1-on-1, at a time that fits your week. You get the same evidence-based care you would get in a clinic, delivered where you live. Whether you are recovering from a hip replacement in a Cherry Creek North townhome or working to get back to your walks along the trail, in-home therapy is built for your life.

Serving Cherry Creek and central Denver. We travel throughout the Denver Metro area and are available Monday through Friday by appointment. Call 303-720-4244 to schedule.

Why Roaming Rehab

Home Health Helps You Survive. We Help You Thrive.

A lot of Cherry Creek is condos and townhomes. That often means an elevator, a parking garage and a flight of stairs between you and your car. A simple appointment turns into a production, and it is usually the reason people stop going before they are better. Therapy at home removes all of it.

We take a fitness-forward approach, which means we will push you harder than you may expect. The point is getting you back to walking the galleries and cafes of Cherry Creek North, or moving around your own building without planning every step.

Have Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions: Physical Therapy in Cherry Creek

Yes. Roaming Rehab provides mobile physical and occupational therapy throughout Cherry Creek and the surrounding central Denver area. We travel directly to your home, Monday through Friday by appointment. Give us your address when you call and we will confirm it is within our service area.

Colorado is a direct-access state, so many patients can begin physical therapy without a physician referral. We coordinate with your primary care physician, surgeon, or other medical team. Coverage for ongoing visits varies by plan, and we will go over it with you on the intake call before your first appointment.

We work with adults managing arthritis, back and neck pain, knee and hip pain, joint replacements, neurologic diagnoses such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and stroke, balance and fall prevention, lymphedema, incontinence, vestibular disorders, cardiac events, pulmonary disease, cancer-related weakness and fatigue, and general deconditioning. If your condition is not listed, call us and we will tell you whether we can help.

Yes. Roaming Rehab is an enrolled Medicare Part B provider. Medicare Advantage PPO plans are likely covered, and we verify each plan before your first visit. For commercial insurance, we bill our private pay rate and provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Call 303-720-4244 and we will confirm your coverage before your first session.

Your first visit is a full evaluation with treatment. Your therapist reviews your health history, checks how you move, tests your strength, and works out what is holding your recovery back. You leave with a plan built around your goals and your home. Treatment starts on day one.

A clinic is a generic space that has nothing to do with your day. Clinics get busy, and you may be seen by the PT, an assistant, and an aide in a single visit, sometimes while your therapist is treating someone else. At home, your therapist sees your actual stairs, furniture and layout, and that changes how your program is written. You get the same clinical care, built around the places you actually have to move.

Home health is its own level of care, usually right after a hospital stay, and it is often billed under Medicare Part A. You typically have to be homebound to qualify. Roaming Rehab is a mobile outpatient provider billed under Medicare Part B, so you do not have to be homebound to see us. We bring clinic-level care to your door. Home health helps you survive in the home. We help you thrive in your community.

Yes, and fall prevention is one of the things we do best. It works better at home because we can test your balance and find hazards where they actually are instead of guessing from a clinic. Falling is not a normal part of getting older, and balance can improve at any age with the right work. Your therapist builds the program around your setup and your day.

Call 303-720-4244 or use our contact page to set up your first evaluation. We will confirm where you are, talk through what is going on, verify your insurance and find a time that works. We are available Monday through Friday, by appointment.
