Adjustable kettlebell with removable weight plates

Adjustable Kettlebell

This kettlebell ranges from 8 lbs to 40 lbs and is a great tool for building functional strength. This version is cheaper than the Bowflex kettlebell below, but some people have had trouble with the locking mechanism. You have to pull the tab out with your thumb, which could be an issue.

Bowflex adjustable kettlebell with a dial to change the weight

Bowflex Adjustable Kettlebell

This kettlebell also ranges from 8 lbs to 40 lbs and is a great tool for building functional strength. We like this one because it has a dial instead of a pull tab, so it is easier on the hands. It is more expensive than the kettlebell above.

Black half step with a non-slip surface, shown with a person's feet and a cane

Half Step

We use this to cut thresholds into homes in half. The step height is 3.5 inches, which makes it easier to step into the home. You can also use it as an exercise tool to work on stairs, steps, and curbs.

Red Drive Nitro rollator walker with large wheels and a seat

Drive Nitro Walker

We love this walker. The big 10 inch wheels help on gravel or uneven surfaces. At 17.5 lbs, it is on the lighter side of walkers, which makes transport a bit easier.
