BUILT FROM HOME HEALTH ROOTS
The concept of Roaming Rehab has come from years of experience working in healthcare, most recently in the home health setting. We have seen the benefit of working in one's own environment to help personalize therapy treatments and achieve patient centered goals. However, over the last part of the decade we have become frustrated with continued cuts to Medicare in home health. We have seen how this negatively affects patients across the board. PDGM cuts in 2020 have limited the number of visits home health care companies allow patients, sometimes as low as six visits. Most times this is not nearly enough to help people regain their function. At Roaming Rehab, we wanted to combine the convenience of home health therapy with the greater amount of freedom that comes with being an outpatient clinic. We are an enrolled Medicare outpatient therapy clinic which provides us the ability to see patients as long as it is medically necessary, helping them reach goals they may not reach in two to four weeks with home health services.

I was born in Texas and raised in a small town in Missouri. I received my masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2009. I started my career in a rural hospital prior to moving to Denver, CO in 2011. I have since lived in Portland, OR and happy to call Denver my home again.
As a therapist I have worked in orthopedics, cardiac intensive care, trauma, burns and mental health. I am a board certified lymphedema therapist, treating patients since 2017. I have experience working with all stages of lymphedema and edemas related to post surgical, burns, trauma, cancer and chronic venous insufficiency. It is important to me to work with you and your health care team to meet your personalized goals for improved quality of life, independence and overall well-being. During my free time I love spending time with my husband, two kids and chocolate lab. As a family we enjoy spending our time traveling, cooking, gardening, fishing and camping. |
I was born in Philadelphia PA and grew up in Avon, Connecticut. I attended the University of Hartford for both my undergraduate and graduate education where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022.
My love for physical therapy comes from a passion for connecting with and helping people across all walks of life. I spent the first two years of my career as a therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting. During my time in orthopedics, I completed certifications in strength and conditioning through CFSC and my level two trigger point dry needling certification through myopain seminars. I was able to gain experience with post operative, spinal cord, and neurological patients as well as working with the deaf community. My favorite part of being a physical therapist is being able to connect with and learn from my patients. I love assisting patients in achieving their goals and helping them realize that, no matter where they are in their rehab journey, physical therapy will be able to serve as an avenue for better quality of life. I moved to Colorado in 2024 with my fiancé and in my free time I play competitive ultimate frisbee and disc golf. Also, I enjoy playing volleyball and learning American Sign Language. I’m genuinely excited to get to meet you and work together to achieve your goals. |
