I am a Colorado transplant by way of North Carolina, but I was born and raised in Upstate New York. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2018.

I spent the first five years of my career in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, post-operative recoveries, and chronic pain. During that time, I developed a strong foundation in helping patients regain movement, build confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

My passion for helping older adults began in 2012, and that passion has only grown throughout my career. I believe that getting older should never mean giving up the activities that bring you joy. Whether you're recovering from surgery, overcoming an injury, managing a neurological condition, or simply looking to improve your strength, balance, and independence, my goal is to help you continue living life on your own terms.

My treatment approach centers around an individualized and holistic approach that emphasizes functional strength and balance to help you build confidence in yourself. I believe the best outcomes come from meeting each person where they are while also encouraging them to safely challenge themselves. I enjoy helping my patients discover they are capable of more than they thought possible and giving them the tools to remain active and independent for years to come.

Outside of work, you can usually find me somewhere in the Colorado mountains with my Mini Australian Shepherd, hiking, snowboarding, or exploring new breweries and restaurants. I also enjoy rock climbing, yoga, and love challenging myself in the gym. My passion for fitness carries over into my clinical practice, where I strive to help every patient build strength, resilience, and confidence in their everyday life.
